ORDERING INFORMATION
We usually ship printed bags 3-5 days after paper proof approved.
Placing Orders - Orders may be sent in by mail or fax. If faxed, use the fine or extra-fine mode on the fax machine for clarity. Follow up by fax or mail with "confirmation" written across the order in bold letters.
Artwork - Camera-ready and color separated artwork must be mailed to avoid art charges for touch-up. Art charges are $40.00 an hour. See specific styles for approximate print areas. Because pre-made bags require larger margins to print, actual imprint areas may be smaller than comparable custom bags. If size is not stated art will be sized to fit item.
Silk Screening - Screen set up charges are $45.00(V). Per color / per location

Preferred Formats (PC) - EPS, TIFF, JPEG , PDF
Art Charge - Art color separation, rearrange, halftone, touch-up: $20.00(V). Artwork charge: $50.00(V) / per hour. Change of ink Charge: $15.00(V) Typeset $20.00 (V).
Paper Proof - Free of charge
Re-Order Art Work - Set up Fee $20.00(V)
PMS Color Match - $15.00 (V). Colors are matched as close as possible based on pantone colors

Screen Printing – Prices in catalog include a 1 color print 1 location
Extra Screen Printing Colors - $.60 (V) per color per location. For orders of 1500 or more call for quote.
Preproduction Sample - Printed from stock: printed bag cost plus screen/set-up charges apply.
"Use Date" Confirmation - If there is a specific "use date" required, confirmation of your shipping schedule is required at the time of order placement.
Cancellations - Orders can not be canceled without permission from factory. Customer will be liable for charges incurred prior to any cancellation.
Acknowledgements - Acknowledgements of our receipt of the order will be confirmed by fax as orders are received. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours, please call.
Minimum Quantity Ordering - Minimum per color/per style on stock styles as per catalog. $20.00 (V) small order charge-under 50 pcs may apply.
International Custom Ordering - Minimum order of 500 pieces on specific styles and sizes.
Prices - Prices subject to change without notice. Special price quotes are valid for 60 days from date of written quote.
Combined Quantity Pricing - Styles may be combined on an order to determine the quantity price for which you qualify. Combined quantity pricing does not apply to decorating, unless same artwork is used.
Quantity Purchases Discount - For quantities in excess of 2,000 pieces, call for details.
Production
Imprint Limitations - Multi-color and close registration not guaranteed on all bags. Slight variations may occur from imprint to imprint. 100% opacity not guaranteed when printing light colors on dark bags.
Overruns/Underruns - Allow 5% overruns or underruns. If you need an exact quantity, your order will be subject to a 5% surcharge.
Production Time - Printed stock lead time is 3 - 5 business days. Unimprinted stock will be shipped within 48 hours. For international orders, allow 45~60 days lead time to United States.
Custom Orders - For custom product orders, we can sew your provided custom labels into the product at no extra charge. Call Customer Service for details.
Shipping
Shipping Point - Shipping point is California. (Imports)
Freight Policy - We ship UPS ground, unless otherwise specified on your order. Freight charges are pre-paid and added to the invoice.
Fulfillment - For individual fulfillment, add $9.00 (V) for handling plus ESP shipping. Fulfillment programs need to be pre-arranged.
Packaging - Standard packaging includes bags being flat-folded and bulk packed.
Random Samples - Random samples are available on a memo bill program at end column price. No charge if returned in good condition within 30 days of order. Damaged and/or samples not returned within 30 days will be billed in full along with a $10.00 handling charge. Memo bill samples will not be accepted for return after invoiced.
Speculative Samples - First sample provided at no charge with firm purchase order. Screen set up charge $45(V) Additional samples subject to billing. Designing fee is $300.00 (V).
Returns
In the event of a defect or mistake, return of goods required a return authorization number. Contact our customer service department.
Blanks Cost - EQP -$.60 less appropriate discount. Contact customer service for minimum quantity.
Terms
Terms are Net 30 on approved credit. There is a 1.5% charge for past due accounts.
Indemnification
Customer warrants that they have the right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in the artwork and shall indemnify and hold ETIKONVEXIMPORTS harmless in any infringement action as a result of printing the artwork.
